01 It begins with cacao.
Single-origin cacao from Hacienda San José, a family-owned farm in Los Ríos, Ecuador. Made into couverture in Höganäs, Sweden, before becoming Luma chocolate.
02 Meet the mushrooms.
Lion’s Mane, Shiitake and Reishi. Organically grown and extracted in Estonia. We use fruiting-body extracts, blended into the chocolate.
The photographs introduce the whole mushrooms. Inside the bars, we use their extracts.
03 A little more in every bar.

A LITTLE CURIOSITY GOES A LONG WAY
It had to
be chocolate.
Janina was fascinated by mushrooms, but didn’t enjoy swallowing capsules. She began experimenting with cacao and mushroom extracts, making chocolate she wanted to eat and share.
Luma grew out of those experiments. The pleasure of chocolate is where it began, and it’s still at the heart of every bar.

Does it taste like mushrooms?
Expect dark chocolate with different personalities. DAWN is rich and nutty. DAY is mild and fruity with cacao-nib crunch. DUSK is rich dark chocolate with a smooth cocoa flavour.
Which chocolate should I start with?
The Ritual Set brings DAWN, DAY and DUSK together for your daily ritual, with a different mushroom extract and added nutrient in each. It’s also a lovely way to explore the range.

Follow the guidance on the individual pack: 1–2 squares a day for DAWN and DAY, and 2 squares a day for DUSK. You don’t need to have all three each day.

Is it vegan? What about allergies?
All three bars are vegan. They contain soya and may contain traces of milk and tree nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia and pecans. Not suitable for a mushroom allergy or intolerance.
