These terms apply when you use lumamushroom.co.uk or place an order with Luma Mushrooms. Please read them before purchasing.

Our chocolate

Product pages describe the chocolate, ingredients, allergens, weight and purchase options. Please check the ingredients and allergen information before ordering and follow the storage instructions on the pack. Photographs show the products, but colours and small details can vary.

Our chocolate is food. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Nothing on this site replaces advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Orders and payment

You must have legal capacity to place an order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Prices are in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes are included where indicated, and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

After you place an order, we send an acknowledgement. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before proceeding, or cancel the affected order and refund payments taken. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

Price changes apply to future orders. They do not change an accepted order. Subscription price changes are handled as described in our subscription policy.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

See our shipping policy for dispatch and delivery details, and our return and refund policy for cancellations and remedies. These policies form part of these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, recurring payments and deliveries apply until you cancel. Frequency, price and terms are shown before purchase. Our subscription policy explains how to change, skip or cancel future deliveries.

Using the site

You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it, interfere with its operation or copy our photographs, branding or other protected content for commercial use without permission. Website availability can be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not exclude your rights under consumer law.

Questions and disputes

Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you.

Updates

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to an accepted order is the version in effect when you placed it.
