From our door to yours

We currently deliver within the UK. Our Royal Mail 24-hour option aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch. Standard delivery is estimated at 1–3 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Your delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay. We send a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way, with tracking details if your chosen service includes them.

Need a hand?

If your chocolate has not arrived or something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number. Photos of the item and packaging help if there is damage.

Returns and cancellations

Eligible online purchases can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, with a further 14 days to return them. Legal exceptions may apply to rapidly perishable goods or certain unsealed goods. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are covered by your statutory rights.
