Cancellation policy

Your favourite chocolate, at your own pace. A subscription is a recurring purchase, rather than a one-time order.

What you choose

The product, quantity, delivery frequency and discounted product price are shown before you add a subscription to your basket and again before payment. Single-bar subscriptions currently offer deliveries every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. The Ritual Set offers deliveries every 4, 6 or 8 weeks.

Recurring payments

Your chosen payment method is charged for the first order at checkout and then for each scheduled recurring order. Deliveries repeat until you cancel. The applicable delivery charge and total are shown before you place your order. A subscription does not automatically include free delivery unless this is expressly shown in your offer.

By completing a subscription purchase, you authorise these recurring charges. Our payment providers store payment details securely. We do not store your full card number ourselves.

Change, skip or cancel

There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can change your frequency, skip a future delivery or cancel through Manage your subscription. You can also use the management link in your subscription emails or contact us for help.

Make changes before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling stops future orders, but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or dispatched. If an order has already been processed, contact us and we will explain the available options under our return and refund policy.

Changes to your subscription

If we need to change a recurring price or the terms of your subscription, we will notify you before the change takes effect and give you the opportunity to cancel future deliveries. Product availability may affect fulfilment. We will contact you if we cannot supply a scheduled order.

Offers

Any introductory offer, gift or discount applies only on the eligibility terms shown with that offer. It does not change your selected billing frequency or create an obligation to keep subscribing.
