Refund policy
We make small-batch, perishable products so we’re unable to accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If that’s the case, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right 💛
That said, chocolate is delicate. It may break a little in the post, or might melt slightly, especially during hot summers. If it arrives cracked or slightly melty, it’s still perfectly safe (and delicious) to enjoy. We do our best to pack your order with care and drop it off close to collection times, but we can’t control temperature or handling once it’s on its way.
