A little chocolate, on its way to you. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom with Royal Mail.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

Delivery options

• Royal Mail 24-hour option: aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch.
• Royal Mail standard: estimated delivery within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

These are delivery estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Dispatch time is additional to delivery time. Available services and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order

We send a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us. If your selected service includes tracking, the tracking details will be included. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if you need to change it.

If something goes wrong

If your chocolate has not arrived, arrives damaged or is incorrect, email us with your order number. Photographs of damage and packaging help us put things right. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
